If the recharge still cannot be completed after payment is confirmed, we first verify account status, information completeness, and payment records, then arrange either a refund or continued investigation. Progress is shared through Chatway or the order contact details.

If the subscription drops or access is abnormally interrupted within 30 days after a successful recharge, AI Boxy handles compensation on a prorated basis and continues the case through after-sales support.
